Your role will be to deliver social media campaigns for this companies clients (around 20, and growing), mainly in the legal sector. Primarily you will be responsible for developing, managing and running their client’s social media activity across Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn as well as blogging.

Using your enthusiasm for social media, proven track record in campaign management and your research and communication skills, you’ll help shape the performance of new and existing accounts whilst providing a high level of client service.

Main responsibilities
- Campaign planning, creation & implementation agreed objectives
- Understanding the legal services market, and what content is suitable for each client
- Liaise with clients on what activity will be carried out & timescales
- Deliver social media activity using Hootsuite
- Campaign management, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn;
- Posting reactive to legal news, calls to action promoting client’s services, seasonal/topical content and retweets
- Social listening
- Building followers
- Paid social ad management
- Blogging - identifying topics for blog posts and pitching them to the client, researching and writing posts (or briefing their copywriter), devising a schedule and loading onto website
•- Produce monthly reports for the client using Google Data Studio, analysing campaign performance including engagement, and making recommendations for improvements
- Grow your own personal profile as a credible social media expert in the legal sector
- Maintenance of professional knowledge, aware of the latest developments in social media and the latest thinking on best practice
- Grow knowledge of competitors to develop their clients campaigns

Required skills
- At least 12 months’ experience of social media management and delivery, preferably for multiple clients
- Experience of Hootsuite
- Excellent organisational, project and time-management skills
- Understanding of the legal market, trends and services provided by lawyers/solicitors
- Ability to write high quality, eye catching, engaging social media content
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence in talking to clients in detail about their business and requirements, with the ability to sell and convince
- Excellent phone manner
- Familiar with Mac (preferably) or MS Windows operating systems
- Ability to multi-task and take ownership of your projects
- Self-motivation and a desire to learn
- A passion for social media
- Be available to attend workshops, seminars and training programmes as required

Desirable skills
- Experience of social network advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest and more)
- Experience of SEO, SEM & PPC
- Google Data Studio for reporting
- Experience of using a CMS

Salary & benefits
- Dependent on experience but expected to be in the range of £20,000 - £25,000
