This employer are thrilled to announce they are hiring a Social Media & Office Manager as the next phase in their tech company’s development! It is truly an exciting time to join their growing team as the business has seen an up rise in clients and their requirements over the last year and look to push the business further than ever before!

Your role will be pivotal to this, with a key focus on managing their social media channels and online presence while also ensuring the day to day function of the business at their office based on Oxford Street, London, with some flexibility to work from home. They expect the split of the role to be Social Media 75% / Office Management 25%.

To be successful, you will have had 2+ technology industry experience and must be an enthusiastic individual with a keen work ethic and passion for Social Media and the impact it can have on a business. You will be able to demonstrate growth of sales through online content and lead generation, running campaigns from inception to delivery. With a great eye for detail you will be an excellent wordsmith with presentation and writing skills that are second to none. You will also be competent in basic mathematics and have good financial acumen to assist you in your Office Manager role, as will excellent organisation skills and the ability to multi-task. You will be a strong communicator with great people skills and an ability to share important information with the right audience.

This role needs someone who understands the importance of flexibility in a small business and is able to adapt to what is needed at that time. There will never be a dull day so you must work well under pressure and enjoy a varied role. While you should never be afraid to ask for help where you need it, you will be expected to work on your own initiative as well as part of the team!

The position is advertised at 22.5 hours although they can look at some flexibility with this for the right person. Exact days and times to be agreed upon job offer. The salary is pro-rata for the hours worked.
