A successful commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor based in Baldock are looking to expand their current team.

Working for a broad range of Clients including blue-chip corporations, leisure & hospitality, education and local government they have an enviable Client base, and can boast that the vast majority of their work comes from repeat business from satisfied customers. Their sites are located along the A1 corridor, running from Central London up as far as Peterborough.

Projects range from office fit-out and refurbishment of offices to upgrade works in conference centres, kitchen and servery refurbishment within listed buildings including national monuments, refurbishment works within sports grounds and training facilities and a wide variety of projects to ensure no 2 days are the same and things never get boring.

The focus is on quality of workmanship and quality of service. This is a role for individuals who want to push themselves and move their career forward working as part of a professional team working in an energetic and dynamic environment. With a full order book for the foreseeable future this is a long term career-focussed position, not a short-term contract.

They are looking for experienced and capable site supervisors/working foreman, with an extensive knowledge of site safety and how to get the best out of their teams. A level of knowledge and experience in multiple trades is expected, as is a professional appearance and manner and good communication and IT skills.

The exact package offered is negotiable, but it should be noted that this is a self-employed position with opportunities to earn productivity bonusses. For the right candidate company vehicles, credit cards etc can be offered, company branded clothing is available as is branded PPE. The Company pride themselves on looking after their team, the expectation being that they will in turn look after The Company.
