Site Supervisor for Commercial Building/Strip Out - Construction
This rapidly expanding sub-contractor in the fit out / construction market is looking for an Estimator to join their friendly, dynamic team.
You will be expected to supervise and manage operatives on site to ensure that of site based activities in accordance with the company policies and procedures to ensure that all client legislative and regulatory requirements are met.
Duties & responsibilities include; -
- Understand details and scope of project.
- Give daily task briefing to your supervised labour
- Manage labour levels
- Manage tools, hired tools and materials. Record and report any tool hire to the office weekly.
- Manage PPE levels
- Complete variation sheets for every variation carried out.
Rates of Pay: Between £140-180 per day dependent on experience.
Candidates must have SSSTS OR SMSTS, asbestos awareness certificate and be First Aid trained. You will have a good level of English. Abilities of planning, organising and control projects.
