This is an ideal opportunity to join a fast moving shop fitting manufacturer based in Greater London TW12. They create and install high end interiors for some of Europe’s leading brands and they are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, motivated Site Manager to join their growing Sites team.

The ideal candidates will have a positive, proven history of working in a team lead environment with a fantastic grasp of leadership and onsite Health & Safety. Will have previous hands on experience in both 1st and 2nd fix site works for the high end retail shop fitting sectors, will be self-organising and have a super keen eye for detail.

Applicants must have a good working attitude: have the ability to read, translate and work accurately to production drawings: be confident in their abilities: be able to provide/follow instruction and produce work to a high standard.

A progressive environment with training to suit, you will be working alongside a very well equipped modern workshop creating bespoke items for a range of high end retail chains. Working in an established ever expanding team, they are looking for skilled workers to join their happy environment.

Most sites are London based with opportunities to travel as and when projects allow.

As you will have already experienced, retail works often entails out of hours working times, so the ability to be flexible with your working day (or nights) will be vital to your success in this role.

Skills and Attributes required:
- City in Guilds / NVQ 2-3 or equivalent in Carpentry and Joinery.
- Minimum of 3 years’ Site Management experience within the furniture/joinery/shop fitting trade
- Experience and confidence operating site tools and machinery
- SMSTS / SSSTS / CSCS card an advantage.
- Own tool kit required
- Own transport an advantage.
- Valid work permit for the United Kingdom a must
- References required
