The company is long established with projects in Ayrshire & Glasgow where it is currently expanding into new Glasgow markets.
You will have overall responsibility for the site management of construction projects of values varying from £2M to £5M. Experience in New Build, commercial and social housing contracts preferred but not essential.
You will have the ability to carry out all site management duties, establishing good design team and client relations.
Control of programming, direct workforce, sub-contractors, material call offs and reporting with support of existing management team, surveyors and company directors.
A good variety of work offered from renovation projects to working on larger new builds, operating predominantly within Ayrshire, Renfrewshire & Glasgow.
SMSTS and First Aid required.
Good salary + car allowance / vehicle, health cover + bonus.
Company would encourage further training and supports professional development.
