The purpose of this role is to provide all the setting out and surveying requirements of the site and the business. You will report directly to the Site/Projects Manager for your duties as well as the Contracts Manager for the projects you will be required to work on.
Able to
-build effective relationships with stakeholders on all levels
-work well under pressure and work to tight deadlines
-manage and consider multiple tasks across multiple projects at any one time
Proficient in
- Use of Total Stations, GPS (Trimble) and all surveying equipment
- Earthworks setting out and measurement
- quantification of cut, fill and stockpile volumes
- surveying software and 3D modelling (AutoCAD and/or 3D MOD, LSS and/or Trimble Business Centre)
- remediation
- record keeping
Ideally a relevant qualification in Geometric Engineering, CSCS Card and be highly numerate and literate.
