They continue to build on a platform of unique products and expert customer support by expanding the company’s organic product research and development capabilities and acquiring complementary products and companies.
This is a Fixed Term contract for 12 months in the first instance to cover for Maternity leave. Ideally to start as soon as possible.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customer and intercompany shipments go on expected day. Liaising with couriers/logistics companies as required
- Support all internal departments to ensure their shipments are actioned; e.g. service customer returns
- Ensure full compliance with export and shipping requirements. Maintain your knowledge
- Work with warehouse lead and appropriate departments to identify opportunities to be more efficient
- Recording data for KPIs as needed. Maintain customer knowledge with Customer Service to ensure that they are always meeting customer & customs requirements
Essential:
- GCSE’s (Maths and English).
- 3 – 5 years warehouse experience
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Use of Warehouse Management Systems
- Export knowledge
- Organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable:
- Microsoft Dynamics 360 business central

The role will be based at their offices in Stone, Staffordshire. This is easily commutable from Stone, Stafford, Hanley and Stoke on Trent.
