This long established manufacturing company is seeking to recruit a Shift Team Leader who will provide leadership to the production team by establishing clear expectations, demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior to attain production goals and measurable results.

Based in the Aberdeen workshop the role will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for the standard of workmanship within the shift to fulfil the production plan through meeting business needs and ensuring team meets required targets.

Candidate must be able to work shifts, which is cover over a three-shift rotation pattern (6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm & 10pm – 6am) rotating each week.
