Services Development Officer:
Services Development Officer (fixed term for up to 2 years)
Full Time (37.5 hours a week)
NJC Scale SO1 (29 – 31) £25,440.00 - £27,123
This role will lead on their programme of work to coordinate the capacity building programme for their member services whose core business is supporting survivors of domestic abuse and other forms of violence against women.
They are looking for someone with excellent project management skills, a good understanding of organisational development within third sector organisations and a keen knowledge of violence against women and domestic abuse.
The Services Development Officer will support specialist services across Wales to build capacity, evidence impact and deliver high quality support. Based in Cardiff but with travel across Wales, the post-holder will work in partnership to improve the capacity of specialist services across Wales and to support the development and promotion of a needs-led service model that supports survivors to achieve independence and freedom.
