This market leader in the plastics ancillary equipment sector is recruiting for a Service Scheduler to assume responsibility for the efficient scheduling of a national engineering team, the scheduling, and coordination of sub-contractors and all associated paperwork and processes. The environment is busy and at times can be challenging with multiple and competing deadlines, making a high customer service drive and desire to own and complete tasks prerequisites.
A market leader in the plastics industry and winners of multiple awards for service and innovation, they supply plastics ancillary equipment to all sectors including Packaging, Automotive, Construction, Pharmaceuticals, and Food.
This position sits within the technical and engineering department and requires liaison with customers, internal and external sales making communication skills a key requirement.
You will have the following skills/experience:
- Planning and scheduling of engineers and sub-contractors
- Customer service
- Geographical knowledge of the UK
- MS Office packages
- Previous experience of Microsft Dynamics Navision will be highly advantageous
