One of the UK's leading specialists in quality pressroom products and services to the Print and Packaging Industry is seeking a Service Office and Stock Administrator to assist in the continued rapid growth of the business in the UK and Worldwide.

Based at our offices in Guiseley, Leeds there are excellent transport links from both Leeds and Bradford.

This is a customer facing role incorporating the following:
Telephone duties to include but not limited to:

- Proactive booking of service visits for the team of Service Technicians. Working from the electronic diary system, a weekly service schedule is planned in order to keep travelling to a minimum. In the event of a customer breakdown / callout situation to find the nearest or suitable technician who can be diverted.
- Reactive to incoming service and sales spares enquiries. At busy times answer the phone, take messages and ensure the sales staff are aware of the incoming enquiry.

Daily duties to include but not limited to:
- Liaise with customers / suppliers when special order spare parts are required
- Prepare orders from their suppliers around the world
- Stock Control / Import and export of stock
- Daily warehouse duties to include use of a FLT (Training will be provided for the right candidate)

The ideal candidate must have the following values:

Experience with the following or similar would be an advantage:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Act CRM
- Sage 50 / Xero
