What they are looking for?
They are looking for a Service Manager to join the team. This person will ideally have good management, organisational and people skills combined with some engineering/technical experience. Knowledge of catering equipment (warewashing and icemaking equipment in particular) is highly desirable.
What the role involves
- You will essentially be managing a team of subcontracted engineers to ensure the team meets their objectives and service goals are being carried out and delivered.
- Maintain and develop a service network of Warewashing and Icemaker engineers
- Maximise service department sales and profitability
- Provide technical support
- Monitor client complaints and technical issues to establish trends and patterns
- Oversee engineer training
- Manage stock levels
