A rare opportunity as arisen within this small friendly company for a Service Engineer. They are at the forefront of the Material Handling Industry specialising in Lifting Equipment. From their Hand Pallet trucks to their heavy duty Stackers they offer all their customer’s after-purchase care to ensure the equipment is maintained to a high standard ensuring good service and customer satisfaction.
They are looking for a capable, practical person who shows initiative, with some electrical or mechanical knowledge. You will need a driving licence, be resourceful in finding solutions and the ability to work independently and part of a team.
It’s important you are personable, positive with a can do attitude. They are a fairly small team so there’s an element of… “All pitch in to make it work”. The work is based at their warehouse/workshop in Ampthill, Bedfordshire carrying out part assembly + pre delivery inspections of pallet trucks & stackers, or onsite at customers servicing and repairing trucks they have sold.
Any relevant experience is desirable but not essential as some training will be given.
