Due to continuing growth, an established security company requires an experienced Service Engineer to join their team.
You will be able to service, maintain and commission systems for the commercial & domestic markets and be able to provide professional and accurate quotes.
It is crucial that any candidate not only have knowledge of systems but be confident in filling out paperwork to strict procedures and standards, be confident in interacting with customers, especially in demonstrating systems and calling ahead to keep them informed.
Experience in servicing, maintaining and commissioning of the following disciplines is essential:
- Intruder
- Fire
- CCTV
- Door Access
Applicants must:
- Have extensive, proven experience
- Be computer literate, MS Word and Excel
- Have a good knowledge of BS5839
- Have CSCS/ECS Card (Or willing to obtain one)
- Hold a full driving licence
- Have good customer relations skills
- Have exceptional attention to detail to prepare professional level quotes for customers
- Have good time management and ability to work to deadlines
