You will be responsible for the administration of the service desk, it is a metrics driven role ensuring that work is assigned quickly and that their high standards are maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring inbound emails from clients and actioning them. There may be details which need to be taken from the emails and then need to be transferred to job notes, or new jobs will need to be logged, or you may need to schedule on-site visits.
- You will be responsible for allocating work for the support Engineers. You will check their individual workload and ensure the right type of work goes to the right engineer.
- To champion their customer service and Service Desk KPI’s

Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration role. This position will suit someone from a retail / customer service background but you must be organised and confident to take on new challenges.
- Confident and articulate. Wallflowers need not apply!
You will be able to adapt and be flexible in your communication style to suit a situation.
- Excellent organisation skills – you will have to prioritise and make fast decisions.
- Confident to stand up in front of the team and present
- A self-starter with ambition to succeed
- Have a fun and friendly attitude and stay cool under pressure.
