Service Department Warranty Administrator

This is an opportunity to join a family owned business with over 40 years’ experience. They are looking to recruit a full time technician to join their team of highly skilled and trained technicians within their busy 10 bay Workshop at their Rushden branch.

They are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team in their busy Service Department.

You will be responsible for the following:

- Checking all service history’s and ensuring they comply with the manufacturers terms and conditions before submitting claims.
- Inputting claims, diagnosing and identifying relevant repairs, times and parts.
- Invoicing off claims once completed.
- Arranging returns and wrapping of parts to return to manufacturers.
- Dealing with any customer, engineer and manufacturer claims/queries.
- Liaising with customers to discuss claims.
- Answering the phone and dealing with all Service phone calls along with the rest of the team.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.

They require a confident, presentable and friendly person who’ll liaise with their parts team and technicians, and ensuring all invoicing is prepared and ready in time.

The successful candidate will have: excellent communication skills, excellent customer care skills, and good administration ability as well as being able to work efficiently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and have the ability to convey information verbally to fellow team members and customers. They are looking for someone who has stability under pressure and able to adapt to the companies needs in the way they deliver their service. You must be reliable and take pride in the quality of their work at all times.

Uniform will be provided.

Hours of Work - 32 HOURS PER WEEK
9am to 6pm – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
(please note Wednesday is a non-working day)

£9.00 per hour
