The Service Delivery Coordinator will report into their Operations Director, they will be responsible for day to day client management, and will follow projects right through from sales stage to install and customer satisfaction whilst acting as a technical point of contact for the sales team.

Ideally you will have worked in a professional services business be familiar with the responsibilities and pressure of IT service delivery.

Worked in customer service or project focused roles with a strong technical background.

Passionate about excellent customer service, organisation and highly motivated. You will be an experienced project coordinator with several year’s technical experience. Excellent knowledge of service desk and project processes.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, monitor and control your team’s work.
- Able to lead and motivate by example.
- To coordinate multiple projects from start to finish, with conflicting deadlines and pressures.
- Ensuring a high level of communication across projects with internal staff, clients, 3rd parties, suppliers and subcontractors.
- To understand and manage all project work from the initial sales handover to project completion.
- To prepare statement of works, schedule resource and materials
- To track material deliveries ensuring configuration work is assigned and completed
- To prepare all necessary paperwork and obtain permits for work on clients sites, and also ensure that all reports sheets are completed and forwarded to the client in a timely fashion following completion of the job
- Complete project handover documentation
- Client satisfaction
- Provide monthly project reports to the management team
- To build and maintain relationships with the client through a high standard of customer interaction.
- To ensure that the service engineers and any subcontractors undertaking project works on clients’ sites have all the necessary information, equipment, experience and training for them to be able to carry out their work safely and efficiently
