This company in Sittingbourne is looking for an experienced Service Advisor.
The successful applicant will need to have a strong customer service background, be IT literate, possess good interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to use their initiative. Previous motor trade experience would be desirable.
Duties will include:
- Providing a first class customer experience
- Liaising with mechanical workshop and customers
- Advising customers on any repair issues and costs
- Upsell of additional work and service plans
- Invoicing, arranging and taking payment
- Using Kerridge and 1Link systems
- Booking in vehicles, arranging alternative transport
The standard working week Monday to Friday is 45 hours working a locally arranged shift rota to cover the department's opening hours and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
