One of the South East's leading motor retailers has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy Jaguar Land Rover Aftersales Team in Southend.
The ideal candidate for this critical customer facing role will be able to demonstrate outstanding customer care skills and will possess the following attributes:
- An articulate and engaging personality
- Well presented
- Able to work well and prioritise under pressure
- Previous experience in this role within the motor industry
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Numerate with excellent written skills
- Willing to embrace new technology and develop and learn new skills
A full UK driving licence is essential
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.00pm plus 1 in 2 Saturdays from 8.00am to 4.00pm
