One of the South East's leading motor retailers is currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our customer focused Aftersales team in our busy Volkswagen dealership in Aylesford.
The ideal candidate for this customer facing role should be able to demonstrate true customer care and must possess the following:
Exceptional customer handling skills (although not necessarily in the Motor Industry)
Articulate, smart appearance with an outgoing personality
Keyboard skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.00pm plus alternate Saturdays from 8.00am to 1.00pm.
