An opportunity has arisen for a service & orders administrator to join a team in their Slough headquarters. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an order administration environment.

The service administrator role involves raising contracts and purchase orders, updating job records and progress notes as well as preparing customer invoices on their computer system. You will also be processing time sheets and expenses for the department.

This position is part of a busy Installation and Service team supporting their customer’s needs to the fullest.

As you will be working in a small team you must have good organisational skills, be bright and able to self-motivate to complete tasks. A good level of computer literacy and numeracy together with clear communication skills will be required.
