Are you ready to join an ambitious and award-winning marketing agency? They are a Google Premier Partner with a client base spanning across a diverse range of industries.

They are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to join their established team for a one year fixed period. The successful candidate will work exclusively on one key client project.

As an SEO Specialist, you will analyse web pages, diagnose and help fix issues, and create, test and implement website changes that will drive improved ROI for their clients, alongside higher positions in search engine results for competitive terms.

Job Responsibilities

- SEO marketing activity, site & page audits, technical site analysis, on-page optimisation research, internal link strategy & management, keyword research and content development.
- SEO analysis, measurement and implementation, including A/B testing of changes.
- Analyse search data selecting the most relevant keywords.
- Write and optimise website copy and code ensuring sites appear in a prominent position in search engines.
- Identify technical and speed-related issues ensuring these are addressed, tested and improvements implemented.
- Produce client reports.

Skills and experience

- Experience in SEO with a track record of results.
- High level experience in data analysis techniques and use of Excel.
- Ability to produce client reports and recommended actions in a clear way.
- Experience with analytics software, including tracking goals and ROI.
- Experience with website optimisation tools for A/B and multivariate testing.
- Understanding of technical factors relating to SEO, in particular site speed and search visibility.
- Understanding of current SEO best practice including on-page copy requirements, internal linking and content strategy.

£20,000 - £30,000

Fixed one year contract. Note there are potential opportunities to work outside of this project, for example, other client retainers and projects.
