They are currently looking to recruit an SEO Copywriter to join their team.
You will ideally have prior experience and a basic understanding of SEO (search engine optimisation) best copywriting practices, alongside a creative flair to adapt to a range of client’s tone of voice and brief specifications.
As an SEO Copywriter, you will be responsible for the creation of high-quality content that engages the relevant target audience or assists the conversion online. This will range from website content, blog posts, infographic writing and social media, whilst also being responsible for the proof-reading of work to ensure a client-ready document upon handover.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years copywriting experience
- Basic understanding of SEO within the realm of content creation
- Excellent understanding of the English language (both spoken and written)
- Able to work individually, whilst having the team to bounce ideas off
- Organised, creative and a high attention to detail
- Comfortable writing under pressure in a time sensitive environment
- Sociable, confident, enthusiastic and motivated
- Excellent understanding of grammar and spelling
THE ROLE
- Writing a range of content for clients websites, blogs or other digital channels
- Carry out keyword research in order to guide your content creation for SEO benefits
- Create content for specific audiences (B2C & B2B)
- Publish content on content management systems where required
- Manage your day-to-day workloads to ensure deadlines are met
- Ideation of new content ideas and campaigns where suitable
- Suggesting content optimisations for greater performance
- Understanding of content performance through use of tools such as Google Analytics
- Real drive and enjoyment for writing
- Adaptability to various styles of writing and tones of voice
DESIRABLE
-A degree in English Language, English Literature or Journalism
-Previous experience in specifically SEO Copywriting
