This Stockton-on-Tees based digital agency is looking to recruit an SEO Account Manager. Your work will help to increase the visibility of clients’ websites in search engines using online marketing techniques.

The day-to-day role will involve taking ownership of and delivering search engine optimisation strategies for their clients. The wider SEO Team and Managers will be responsible for ongoing training, guidance and support.

Duties will include analysis, technical seo, content writing and building/ maintaining relationships with clients and online communities.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of digital marketing and be able to research and identify opportunities where clients can increase exposure and will be required to produce monthly activity reports.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are a ‘must have’. To build professional relationships with key influencers will require regular, clear and accurate email communication.

A passion for digital marketing and creative thinking is a necessity for anyone joining this skilled and experienced team. The position offers the opportunity to learn from experts in the field.

Desired Skills:

- Previous client management or account management experience
- Willingness to learn and become proficient using in-house software
- Strong IT skills with experience in MS Office software
- Ability to research and expand upon a subject following initial briefing
- Ability to complete tasks as instructed by the team
- Good written English skills
- Strong verbal communication
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
- Strong knowledge of and experience using search engines (e.g. Google)
- Creative thinker who enjoys writing and creating content
- Strong organisational skills
- Team player; who will support the work of the team
- Self motivated and honest

Previous account management experience would be advantageous. Successful candidates will receive training and on-going support; along with a clear career progression path.
