This leader in NDT sector (OEM System Integrator) is looking for an experienced software engineer to join the Data Acquisition and Analysis team and help rebuild the current software ground up. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As a lead software engineer you will work to reprogram the company’s main software solution to make it modular and scalable. You will work closely with other software engineers and hardware engineer. You will also works on R&D projects to deliver required software.
Required Experience:
- Strong technical expertise in VB, .Net, C Sharp
- Experience with X-ray image capturing and analysis would be +
- Knowledge of LabView development for prototyping data acquisition and assessment of hardware component would be advantage
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
- Comfort and familiarity with producing and writing customer facing documentation
- Proven experience estimating work accurately and driving to defined milestones
Education & Skills:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of work experience
- Clear and concise communicator; good at setting expectations and raising issues as needed
- Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and innovative
- Strong team player and positive attitude
