Ideally you will possess previous/similar provisioning experience with BT Openreach (WLR3) and other telecoms carrier/provider portals.
Key responsibilities:
- Process orders - fixed line telephony, broadband and mobile.
- Manage order workflow and monitor delivery dates.
- Liaise with customers to ensure they are kept up to date on order progress.
- Liaise with Engineers to assist in configuration.
- Escalate issues with suppliers where orders do not progress correctly.
- Handling queries or complaints in a professional and informative manner from customers.
