This employer is a disruptive force in the energy market. The sector is going through unprecedented change and they are well placed to take advantage of that with their digital and cloud led progressive software and services. They value people who can handle the pace of change. People who can improvise, adapt and overcome.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be experienced in leading and delivering software development projects, ideally SaaS projects, to large and medium sized clients. This role is all about project delivery. It’s not about updating project plans, documentation or project admin. This company is a small but fast-growing business, so you will have to be a ‘do-er’ and most likely, already in a Senior PM role. You must bring well-honed senior stakeholder skills from day one. As a senior member of the delivery team you’ll be expected to provide coaching, guidance and development to PM colleagues.

Technical PM
You must already be an experienced technical PM, and ideally a senior PM, with SaaS experience being a huge plus.

Vendors
Experience of leading projects involving 3rd party vendors is essential.

Agile
You’ll have an Agile Mindset and will have worked in an Agile environment previously.

Client Focus
You’ll love client contact! If its motivating for you to mix it with the customers on a daily basis and you get satisfaction from meeting their needs and delivering game changing software and services, then you’ll love this job.

This is a senior role with commensurate pay and benefits that include health insurance, company pension contributions, 33 days holiday including bank hols, holiday buy and sell option, activity led discounts (apple watch, gym membership, amazon prime, Café Nero, Rakuten, and Cineworld tickets), commuter discounts, mental health support, monthly treats and more.

They are Nottingham city centre based, but in the new world, remote working is the norm. For the first few months its likely to be 100% home based, with a slow return to office life planned - potentially a couple of office days per week.
