They are globally renowned for their highly responsive customer service and experienced Application Specialists providing exceptional technical support. Pipette Service and Calibration and Instrument Service facilities are also available in their North America and European locations.

Responsibilities:

To service pipettes on customer sites within Scotland and occasionally in-house, you may also be required to assist in other areas of the company as dictated by business needs. This work is process driven and so you can find the work repetitive although different models require variations in practises. These pipetting instruments are used in many different environments and are crucial to the workflow of their customers.

Communicate with customers and build and maintain excellent working relationships with key account contacts. Exceed customer expectations through excellent CRM.

Skills and Experience:

- Elementary to intermediate PC and software skills.
- Good education in English and Mathematics
- Data accuracy is essential at times.
- A professional attitude must be kept at all times whilst on customers site as you are representing the company.
- Being accurate with the calibration of pipettes and data accuracy.
- Good telephone manner, excellent time management and organisation needed.

You will work as a member of the Service department and are required to establish effective working relationships with all their companies and including their Service Engineers, Service Manager, Admin Team.

The business works a normal 5 day working week Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm you may be expected to work additional hours to complete your work. Accommodation will be provided for sites further than a two hour drive away.
