Key role:
- Achieving branch target numbers
- Conducting viewings, valuations and providing excellent customer service skills
- The ability to generate new business and business leads for valuations/sales
- Reaching targets for market appraisal conversion and maintaining the branch's average fee
- Generating mortgage and solicitor leads
- Providing support to the team
You will have:
- Experience in high-paced sales environment
- Excellent sales background of hitting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to keep team motivation high
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
Additional duties may include from time to time:
- Managing the team to ensure they hit individual sales targets
- Training your team to drive sales performance
