You will be responsible for bringing new innovative ideas to three core brands and lead a team of marketing executives. The ideal candidate will have strong cross platform marketing experience and will lead on the implementation of the marketing strategy. They must also possess the ability to advise and influence internal stakeholders.
Main responsibilities include;
- Direct management of a team of Marketing Executives
- Development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to support the commercial marketing strategy
- Delivery of tactical marketing services to ensure success across all campaigns
- Measurement of campaigns to inform future plans and activity
- Introduction of new and innovative marketing approaches
- Management and development of relationships with partners and supporting organisations that will benefit and increase awareness of the business
The ideal candidate will have the following;
- Educated to degree level with relevant experience in a marketing environment
- Management experience or a management qualification
- Experience in marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation targets and within budget
- Ability to advise and influence internal stakeholders
- Self-starter, enthusiastic and driven
- Good organisation, time-management and forward planning
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at every level and with colleagues and external suppliers
- Experience in the B2B market is desirable
Salary up to £34,307 per annum; 10.5% non-contributory pension; 26 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, life assurance and income protection, access to voluntary benefit options including child care vouchers, flexi pension and ability to buy holiday.
