JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY

If you are a qualified IT engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting Microsoft networks and Microsoft Cloud Solutions, then this may well be the role you are looking for to further advance your IT career.
The role of Senior Engineer involves working on projects to move customer into an Azure environment, visiting our customer site to resolve issues that have been reported, working from our office and home working.

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Managing and recording tech support tasks in our Ticketing System
- Communicate to the customer the status of their ticket every step of the journey to completion
- Providing tech support and assistance via remote tools (RMM/PSA)
- Tech Support of Windows Desktop, Microsoft 365, Backup Systems, Endpoint Security, Business Applications and Network infrastructure.
- Administration of Windows Server and Microsoft 365
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
As part of this role, we are keen for our staff to continue enhancing their skills and capability and to progress within the business.
You will be required to follow the Microsoft MCP Syllabus and complete at least 1 MCP Exam per year, the business will cover the cost of the exams and training material.
