A Senior Inventory Planner is required to join an exciting, creative company based in Ponteland, Newcastle, specialising in the design and manufacture of quality products. They are a watch and clock licensee for LEGO, Disney, Marvel and other major entertainment brands.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of our global inventory.
- Create and maintain retailer forecasts.
- Plan stock production and stock intake.
- Control our stock levels and flag any issues when appropriate.
- Maintain our sell through reports.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers and the sales team.
- Manage and assign tasks to our Junior Inventory Planner.
Skills and Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must.
- Be experienced with data processing formulae in Microsoft Excel.
- Have 2 years+ experience in a similar role.
- Be able to quickly master unfamiliar systems.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as required by the Sales and Operations Director.
- Be able to communicate with people on all levels both internally and externally.
- Be flexible, hardworking and have a positive attitude towards tasks.
- Be keen and willing to learn.
