They are looking for a Senior HR Officer to work within their department in Pury Hill, near Towcester, on a 12 month full time contract, to cover maternity leave..
The Senior HR Officer role will be focused on providing a comprehensive HR service to both an office environment as well as designated sites where they have techanical/electrical and IT engineers. There will be significant recruitment activity supporting and working with the Recruitment Officer, employee relations management, wellbeing activity, helping to deliver the HR strategy as well as the business as usual HR service.
To be successful within the role you will have a business-related degree coupled with CIPD level 5 plus experience in a HR function. You will be professional, robust, articulate and self-motivated, and able to work on your own initiative especially under pressure.
Travel to other RM sites will be required as well as some nights away from home especially during periods where we are ramping up a new site; you will have access to a pool car.
