One of the UK’s leading, growing, training companies is looking for a Senior Application Developer Team Leader to join their team in Holbeck, Leeds. Working with a varied portfolio of applications and technologies you will be a self-sufficient senior developer with strong analytical skills in addition to the relevant technical experience.

If you have strong skills in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2012/2014/2016 and MVC, like having the opportunity to work on your own initiative on a variety of projects from web apps and web services to integrations, then please get in touch. The purpose of the role is to:

- Develop, maintain and support:
- Web applications and reporting systems/solutions
- Data maintenance, migration and interfacing routines
- Core database structures and technologies
- Undertake testing of system components
- Write technical and support documentation
- Proactively develop an in-depth knowledge of our client’s key business databases, reporting and application systems
- Lead and manage a small team of developers

You will require strong, demonstrable technical skills in:

- C#, ASP.NET, Web API,MVC and SQL Server -2012/2014/2016
- T-SQL, stored procedures, views and user defined functions
- Combined with the following soft skills:

- A team player with excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical ability to independently design technical solutions

Ideally you would also have experience of:

- Creating and maintaining MS SSIS packages
- Working with Entity Framework
- Managing and maintaining SQL object database security
- Data analysis and reporting
