The Role
As Senior Account Manager you will be working on the larger client accounts and their many touch points. Under the guidance of the Group Account Director, the Senior Account Manager would be expected to contribute to the development, profitability and growth of these accounts. You would also be a role model for more junior members of the team demonstrating a consistent high level of service for their clients and be passionate about the work they do and be an ambassador for the agency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Developing creative strategy, managing creative from concept to delivery, working with cross-functional teams
- Taking briefs and driving them through the business to the point of billing
- Working with other Senior Account Managers to support the Group Account Director, contribute to an annual plan and managing the accounts to meet targeted goals
- To work pro-actively with all levels of seniority within the client’s team to help develop their business
- To forecast and report on client revenue and profitability
- To support and manage junior members of the client team
- To hold internal and external client reviews on a regular basis
- Proofing and quality control

Skills and Expertise
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of managing large complex projects
-Experience and a proven track record of relationship management
- Experience and a proven track record of protecting, growing and nurturing clients
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- The ability to grow and maintain solid client relationships and revenue opportunities
- The ability to take the lead and assume full responsibility for the service that Something Big provides to a client
- Experience of managing people would be desirable
- Strong Written and Oral Communication
- Exceptional Presentation skills
- The ability to manage and motivate client teams
- Be competent to supervise and mentor junior staff
- Confident in problem solving
- Experience in project costing
- A full driving licence and own a car
