Salary will be in the range £30-£40k plus bonus of up to £10k. This will of course be dependent on experience and expertise.

This company is a high-growth digital marketing consultancy organisation based in a rural location in Lancashire. The organisation provides its clients with a wide range of digital marketing services covering Website and e- commerce site development, SEO, PPC, content creation and social media services. The company is registered as a ‘Google partner’ and provides its services at the ‘cutting edge’ of its field.

They pride themselves on being able to demonstrate an extremely high client retention and a low staff turnover. As part of their growth strategy they will shortly be moving a short distance to new, purpose built premises.

They are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Account Manager to manage a team of account managers along with their current and future client portfolio. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day to day, client delivery requirements within the business and will report directly to the Operations Director.

Details of the role:
- To manage a team of Account Managers to deliver continuous growth and improvement across client accounts.
- Management of client’s paid and organic marketing campaigns.
- To manage projects to a specific schedule and budget.
- Transferring new projects into effective strategies and deliverable & measurable action plans.
- Be able to conduct regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level.
- To ensure the timely generation of accurate reporting back to the management team and to clients.
- ‘Pitching’ of fresh and innovative ideas to their clients.
- Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction.
- Be able to demonstrate a pro-active leadership that encourages the team to perform to the best of their ability.
- Support the directors where necessary in a client facing business development role.

The successful candidate will be expected to be able to demonstrate the following experience & expertise:
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- Client facing experience.
- An in-depth knowledge of organic search and paid search strategies, techniques and tools (with credentials to back up your knowledge).
- Experience in planning and strategising at a senior level.
- Understanding of popular digital marketing platforms.
- Understanding of where to learn about industry trends and innovations.
- Experiencing of working as an authoritative figure in a busy team.

- Expert knowledge in a number of key fields such as SEO, PPC and social media.
- Innovation and creativity of thinking.
- Organisational and project management skills.
- A high degree of professionalism in all aspects of his/her working.
- Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
