A law firm based in West Kent is looking for a full-time experienced secretary to join their Crime Team.
To be considered, you will need at least 2 years’ experience as a legal secretary in a crime department so you are familiar with terminology and Court documents.
Skills required:
- Accurate digital audio and letter typing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential.
- Excellent telephone manner and client liaison skills
- Filing, photocopying and opening/closing client files in a timely manner
- Ability to use initiative.
The position requires a person with excellent organisation and communication skills, together with the ability to speak to clients in confidence and with sensitivity.
Previous experience of working within a team is essential as is a positive and flexible approach to work.
