Showcasing their award winning craft beers, their brewery tap pub is situated on in the North Wales seaside town of Porthmadog. Following the success of their recently opened kitchen they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Second Chef to enable them to meet demand and open 7 days a week.
Successful candidates would be required to work closely with their Head Chef producing freshly made to order high quality food. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join their growing team.
Successful candidates should have a flair for cooking along with a good understanding of food hygiene and safety rules. Their kitchen is a busy place and they are looking for someone who enjoys the fast pace of working in this environment. The role requires an individual will be flexible, highly motivated and passionate about food.
