This is an opportunity to join a MAT. They were established in 2013 and since then they have grown into a successful organisation who currently serve 15 Academies in three local authorities. For their next exciting phase of development, they are looking to appoint an experienced and innovative individual to join their supportive central team.
The main purpose of the role is to support an effective school improvement service across the Trust, ensuring that the Trust has up to date and accurate data.
You will support all schools and offer guidance to Headteachers, working towards rapid and sustained school improvement. You will work with schools to develop intervention plans and provide improvement services for schools with declining performance data.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant school improvement experience across a range of contexts
- The ability to inspire trust and confidence
- Experience of HMI/Ofsted inspections
- The ability to work inclusively within a Christian organisation
- The ability to stay up to date with current policy and research

The role is based at their central office in Lincoln but there will be considerable travel across Lincolnshire to support their Schools.
