We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Receptionist/Administrator at our beautiful salon in St John's Wood.
Our clients expect the best and as a key member of the reception/admin team, you will responsible for ensuring that clients are made to feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable during their visit to the salon.
The position is full time, 40 hours per week over 5 days, this will include some weekends.
Duties will include:
- Meet and greet clients on arrival
- Confirm appointment details
- Answer calls and emails efficiently and make appointments to the highest level
- Update Social Media platforms
- Ensure that all payments are correctly taken and recorded
- Stock Ordering/Control
- Generate reports for Management Team
- General Salon Admin
Candidate Competencies:
- 3 - 5 years previous Reception/Admin experience in a High End establishment essential
- Strong organisation and communications skills are essential
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Ability to multi task and meet the challenges of a busy fast paced salon environment
- Good attention to detail
- Previous Social Media experience
