Main responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering and leading workshops
- Business analysis of customer processes
- Data modelling and solution design
- Configuring and delivering implemented solutions
- Delivering training to customers
- Managing Projects and deliverables
Key Skills:
- Enthusiastic, professional, confident and willing to learn new technologies and skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points
- Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous client projects
- Technical acumen to convert customers' plans into real solutions that work
- Driven by customer success with a team player attitude
- Willing to train and become a certified Salesforce Consultant
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years Salesforce experience
- Experience at a Salesforce partner consultancy an advantage
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator also welcome
- Excellent Communication skills
- Favourable Certs: Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant
