This growing Salesforce consultancy based in Witham, Essex is seeking a client focused functional Salesforce consultant to work across several clients in a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Engineering and not for profits.
The ideal candidate will have probably come from an SFDC implementation background and who has developed strong consultative and solution skills in client facing roles. The client offers a relaxed and collaborative team working environment and a salary up to £75k with financial incentives.
In summary, the role will entail:-
- Workshop facilitation and requirements gathering
- Solutions design for small to medium sized projects
- Produce business specifications for the appropriate Development team - working predominantly within Agile frameworks
- Leading Salesforce implementations, from requirements gathering, through development and delivery
- Working closely with internal development teams on integration work and enhancements.
- Ensuring delivered work meets technical, functional, integration, performance and business requirements

- Excellent consultative and client stakeholder skills, who has experience of working in a client-facing capacity
- A real team player
- A real ability to conceptualise and frame a problem with corresponding viable Salesforce and ETL solutions
- An ability to translate complex business requirements into design and application builds
- A proven track record of delivering Salesforce projects in a lead role
- Advanced Salesforce configuration and product/architecture knowledge across the Salesforce domains
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse set of business and technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of best practices for general code/UI/integration design & deployment
- Knowledge of the AppExchange ecosystem
- Coaching skills
Nice to haves:-
- Certification in Field Service Lightning or Salesforce CPQ
- Experience with ETL tools such as Jitterbit, Informatica Cloud and Dell Boomi
- Salesforce CTA Certified
