The Role

- Leading an established small technical team and helping to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service experience possible and targets are met.
- Manage, coach, develop and expand the team to ensure they meet the demands of a rapidly expanding customer base.
- Work effectively with this team and internal and external Sales colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience from design through to delivery and installation.

The Individual

- An ethical approach to Sales - you put a customer's needs at the centre of everything you do.
- Technical ability is not essential but an understanding of the team's work will demonstrate your ability to lead this team and property understand any technical or customer issues they may need to resolve.
- A track record of team leadership in a Sales environment, ideally where you can show how you trained and developed your own team and led them to increased Sales and Customer Service success through personal example.
- If you have experience of our sector, or manufacturing Sales generally, so much the better, but if you have the right aptitude and attitude, you should be able to learn our product ranges and markets.
