This successful and rapidly expanding Fuels and Logistic's company is seeking a Sales Team Leader to join their expanding sales team. The successful Sales Team Leader will join a brilliant working environment, at their modern open planned office based in Bury, and have the opportunity to develop and build a long term career.
The successful Sales Team Leader will manage a team of around 8 advisors and will be responsible for maximising their performance. You will monitor performance and motivate staff in order to help them achieve their targets. You will be responsible for assisting their personal development via group and 121 interaction, and ongoing training & support. Team Leaders will liaise with higher management and be responsible for reporting relating to performance and compliance.

Experience required:
A successful B2B sales background or 2 years min Sales Team Leader experience
