Responsibilities:-
- Handling enquiries and advising customers on products and services.
- Regular calls to customers for orders and information, and to explore new business opportunities within each client.
- Assisting with credit control calls to ensure prompt payment is received.
- Resolving any potential challenges that may arise.
- Sending out documentation and brochures.
- Updating and managing the Act! CRM Database, and using Sage invoicing software.
- Researching and creating opportunities within various market sectors.
- Assisting in the warehouse with; the receiving and putting away stock from suppliers, and the picking and packing of customer orders.

- You must be confident on the phone and use it a lot.
- Have sales support experience.
