This apprenticeship levy and non-levy work based learning provision continues to grow, and as a result we now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Enrolment Officer to join the company. This is a permanent role with travel is required across the East Midlands, therefore a driving licence and access to a car is essential.

The Role

You will be undertaking and managing learner enrolments across their Apprenticeship provision. Building effective relationships with employers and learners, you will carry out one-to-one learner interviews and provide accurate advice and guidance on the appropriate training route.

Responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of learner inductions, you will ensure all the necessary materials are organised and available for use for inductions and enrolments, as well as collaborating with the sales team to ensure commercial income is logged and accounted for.

The Individual

You will have in depth knowledge and understanding of Apprenticeship Funding Rules and eligibility requirements as well as good knowledge of the regional labour market. You will have experience of working closely with small and large employers, being flexible to adjust to their ever changing needs. With the ability to be proactive and deal with ambiguity, you will have excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Your verbal and written communication skills are strong, coupled with the ability to problem solve and work on your own initiative. Advice and Guidance at level 3 is highly desirable, yet full training will be given.
