The Job role
Is for a motivated sales person with a proven track record ( but would be ideal for a former estate agent who still loves the property industry but is fed up with working late evening and weekends). The candidate must enjoy been office based and ‘closing’ by telephone. However, as part of the role is account managing where required the applicant will be involved in site visits with clients ( estate agents).
Also involves account management of existing clients.
There is NO cold calling.
The job involves :
- Speaking to clients (by phone) who have already been recommended to use our conveyancing services (personally or by estate agent).
- Feedback to estate agent on the client that they have referred to us
- Building strong relationship with estate agents who have recommended clients to us normally by telephone and visits
Skills required
- Excellent telephone manner
- confidence at closing in a friendly way
- motivation and drive to succeed
- Organised
Experience
- Ideally 2 years plus sales experience ( ideally in an estate agency or conveyancing industry)
