The Position:
They now have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced specialist to join their team who will have the opportunity to work in an award winning and highly customer centric business in the heart of York’s city centre.
Reporting to the Team Manager, some of the activities that the Tailor-made Holiday Specialist will be responsible for include:
- Creating bespoke holiday itineraries from the initial query all the way through to departure
- Dealing with all customer service related issues and offering advice to help resolve any problems
- Working with clients request and budgets
- Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets
- Ensure all bookings are dealt with accurately
- Building a regular and repeat client base
Tailor-made Holiday Specialist Attributes:
- Extensively travelled
- Previous tailor-made travel experience selling is not essential but is preferred
- An excellent telephone manner
- To work under pressure whilst maintaining a focus on excellent customer service and with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good time management skills, with the proven ability to prioritise and be incredibly organised.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Self-assured, self-starter with an ability to communicate on all levels.
- Able to analyse data, problem solve and make decisions confidently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Package:
- Basic salary + sales incentives OTE £22,000 per annum
