Duties and responsibilities:
- Contacting cold prospects by telephone and retrieving vital information to help aid in their sales process
- Researching new prospects for their business development team to call
- Cleansing data to ensure all correct contact details are available
- Managing the handover of the lead to their business development team
- Updating all activities in the CRM system
- Following up leads and prospects where necessary
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A bubbly and like-able personality
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
- Professional telephone manner
- Good level of spelling and grammar
What’s on offer:
- 16-20K OTE
- 8.30am to 4.45pm Mon-Fri
